Woven at a 15oz weight, the Nep denim makes use of recycled "fallen cotton" nep and rustic brown weft thread giving the fabric a hairy textured surface texture. Originally unsanforized, the fabric undergoes a one-wash rinse treatment to remove shrinkage and excess starch. The jeans are finished with custom Graph Zero hardware and detailing, designed to age and evolve with wear.
