Attribute deep dive

We break down what drove each score so you can weigh trade-offs.

Quality Analysis 90/100

This Stand Wheeler tee is built for the long haul, featuring heavyweight loopwheel fabric made from thick #8 yarns for exceptional durability and texture. Further reinforcing its structure is a double-needle stitched collar, a key indicator of quality construction designed to withstand repeated wear.

Comfort Assessment 60/100

While the garment is made with a time-intensive loopwheel fabric, which often implies quality, the use of thick #8 yarns results in a heavyweight and durable material, suggesting a lower comfort score due to potential rigidity and lack of stretch.

Sustainability Impact Not Available

This garment lacks any explicit sustainability indicators, such as organic materials or ethical certifications, making it impossible to assess its environmental or social impact based solely on the provided text.

Founded as a knitwear offshoot of Warehouse & Co., Dubbleworks makes use of the rarest vintage knitting machines in the world to create garments with unparalleled comfort, quality, and style. Woven on labor and time-intensive Daimaru tubular knitting machines from the 1920's, the Stand Wheeler tee is Dubblework's signature piece. Using thick #8 yarns, the resulting loopwheel fabric is heavy and durable, with visible texture. This version of the t-shirt makes use of a pigment over-dye process to achieve soft, vintage colors. The shirts are cut in a regular fit and feature a double-needle stitched collar, minimal branding, and tonal stitching.
